We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our data platform projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex large-scale projects and possess excellent project management skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of projects, from conception to delivery, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to align with business objectives
- Gather and provide detailed requirements for features and functionalities
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure that all project activities are completed efficiently and effectively
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as required to minimize impact on business goals
- Monitor project progress, report on status, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success
- Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and updated regularly, and that stakeholders are informed of project progress
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders to ensure their engagement and satisfaction with project outcomes
- Lead project post-mortem reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices to apply to future projects
- Communicate project progress and status to senior management, ensuring that they are informed of any issues or risks that may impact business objectives
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Thai nationality only
- Able to communicate in English
- Proven track record of managing complex large-scale data platform projects that align with business objectives with at least 5 years of experience in this field and at least one project with at least 50 million THB budget.
- Strong understanding of web application frameworks, knowing methodologies to scale and CI/CD is a plus
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize activities based on business needs
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including software engineers, developers, business team, and other stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Having prior experience in healthcare is a plus
