This position is to coordinate with both internal and external parties, ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently, work with Call Center team, operation team and the client to develop a timeline, create schedules, and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time.   

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with colleagues and clients for the workflow of project
  • Customer Service case updating, logging, and filing in system
  • Coordinate with clients to comply the solution for our services
  • Manage all relevant documentation 
  • Follow up and close cases
  • Write reports as required by the supervisor


  • Age not over 40 years old
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and coordination are preferred
  • Basic English skill
  • Basic IT knowledge (hardware, and software i.e., Microsoft Office)
  • Strong service sense and high learning skill
  • Proven ability to build relationships with vendors, internal client, and colleagues
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Be very organized, strong service minded, and open-minded
